‘Monsooned Malabar’ from Ainmane is a coffee that’s unique with its origins dating back to the time when the beans would get exposed to moisture on high seas in wooden ships voyaging for around six months. Now, it is produced by exposing the beans to the south-west monsoon winds blowing from the Arabian Sea towards the Western Ghats in Southern India. You will enjoy the unique smoky-spicy taste with a subtle underlying note of burnt bitter sweetness.
