A ready raw material ingredient for the preparation of novel preparations like Payasam, Milk Shakes, Cakes & Ice Cream.

Reconstitute 200g of the powder in warm water. Boil 750ml of full cream milk for 5 minutes and allow to cool below 50°C. Add the reconstituted powder into milk, stir well into a homogeneous mix. Add sugar or jaggery as per taste preference. Boil the content for 5 mins with continuous stirring in low heat flame. Add raisins and cashewnuts if required. Coconut milk can be used replacing full cream milk. The delicious jack fruit payasam is ready. Serve hot or at warm condition.
