Bitter Orange & Jalapeno

A condiment is essential to the Indian meal, our vegetable pickles are made from locally grown products using quality ingredients. The recipe is purely of a local homemaker with contemporary twist to the ingredients. Bitter orange, Citrus aurantium, is a type of sour orange hybrid that's a close relative of both mandarin oranges and pomelos. Bitter Orange is grown in limited quantities amongst coffee plantations in Coorg. We at Ainmane work with local communities and cooperative societies to not only improve local sources of income but also encourage manufacturing local produce. Bitter Orange Pickle is one of our products that is made for Ainmane by the Orange society in Coorg. We believe in empowering local communities.
