The nectar collected by the Apis cerana Bees from wildflowers that bloom in mountains of the Western Ghats is carefully harvested from the beehives found in mud walls or holes of trees, in natural wooded areas of the Western Ghats outside wildlife reserves. This is a truly special honey, which is pure, nutritious and exceptionally tasty with a subtle flavour of the host tree.
